I had to keep checking in on my own to get updates, which got frustrating. They did reply eventually, but the answers weren’t always clear, so I was kind of left sitting there wondering what was going on. I get that things can take time, but it seems like basic communication would make the whole process a lot smoother. Not the worst experience, but definitely room for improvement.

My order showed up packed nicely, and thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The only thing I noticed was a small dent on one corner of the box, which made me a little nervous at first. Everything inside was fine though, so I can’t complain too much. I do think a bit more padding would make it feel more secure, but overall it was a solid packaging job. I’d give it 4 stars...
